Developed Testing Program

Issue: Locking down the administrative and oversight policies and procedures for testing business critical infrastructure and business processes are essential in today's turbelent times.

Concern: An ineffective and poorly managed testing program could lead to gaps in organizational continuity and security readiness, as well as cause compliance concerns and regulatory issues.

Solution: With a policy and procedure review, which includes discovery and requirements gatherning, and some testing, an organization failing to recover over multiple years can now recover their hybrid recovery solution.

Technical Assessment

Issue: With a poor risk assessment and missing Business Impact Analysis (BIA), the organization is not able to identify a cost effective recovery solution.

Concern: Organization was uable to establish their recovery requirements for infrastructure to support their critical business processes.

Solution: Performed a review of the risk assessment process, and initiated a BIA to establish requirements for continuity and recovery.
